BBQ Chicken Sliders and Grapes

It's such a beautiful summer day. There is a sun shower happening outside as we speak. Dinner is ready and everyone is happy. On the menu tonight we have BBQ chicken sliders. Dr. Hooper is in a really good mood today. She took two blue pills instead of the red ones (just kidding, anyone who knows me knows I refuse to even take aspirin for a headache).

Prescription #1: find this little gem in the seasoning isle at the store. I just discovered it a few months ago.
What you will need (the image is small so here is what the package says):
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

I didn't have brown sugar so I used 1/4 white sugar and a little blackstrap molasses. All brown sugar is is white sugar and molasses. You can omit the sugar all together since ketchup has plenty. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. After you cook it all day, start shredding!
Then it will look like this:
I can't even describe how good it smells. It like a sweet, smoky chipotle. Serve it up with some fruits or vegetables and your kids will love it! You can add a little ranch or coleslaw for some creaminess. Your welcome.
